Reltech is very pleased to announce its recent accreditation to the Automotive Electronics Council standard AEC-Q100 for Failure Mechanism Based Stress Test Qualification for Integrated Circuits qualification. The accreditation was awarded by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service – UKAS, following the surveillance visit at our Independent Test Laboratory on 13th September 2016.
Reltech is an ISO/IEC17025:2005 qualified test laboratory. AEC-Q100 is the latest addition to our extensive JEDEC based capability and supports our ongoing commitment to serve the automotive semiconductor industry sector.
